Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service / telecaller to oversee and manage Customer Service requests, ensuring smooth operations The ideal candidate will coordinate support activities, streamline workflows, and enhance service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for IT service requests and escalations.
Coordinate IT support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Monitor and maintain service desk performance and SLAs.
Document service requests, incidents, and resolutions in CRM
Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders to provide updates.
Assist in IT asset management and procurement coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in Customer Service
Familiarity with CRM tools
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
