Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with collection background or fresher years of experience in customer service or telecalling, The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed.
12th or graduation required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the 9:30 to 6:30shift.
