Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and well-spoken Tele caller cum Receptionist (Fresher) to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with tele calling duties to support client engagement, appointment scheduling, and daily office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services

• Greet walk-in visitors and guide them with basic company information

• Maintain visitor records and appointment logs

• Assist in scheduling client meetings and follow-up calls

• Support basic clerical tasks like data entry, filing, and email handling

Candidate Profile:

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet browsing)

• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional setting

• Presentable, punctual, and organized

Education: Batcheler’s Degree

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
