We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Fundraising Executive to connect with potential donors, explain our mission, and raise funds for social impact programs. The role involves donor calls, data recording, follow-ups, and meeting daily/weekly fundraising targets.
Make outbound calls to potential donors and explain the NGO’s cause.
Engage supporters, answer queries, and build long-term donor relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly fundraising targets.
Update donor details, call status, and interactions in CRM/Google Sheets.
Maintain call quality, professionalism, and compliance with fundraising guidelines.
Follow-up with warm leads and ensure donor satisfaction.
Prepare daily reports and share feedback with the team.
Strong communication & persuasive speaking skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets preferred).
Positive attitude, confidence, and target-driven approach.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Fluency in Hindi; English is an advantage.
0–2 years in telecalling, sales, customer service, or fundraising.
(Freshers with good communication are welcome.)
