About the Role:
We are looking for a Telecaller who will be the voice of Pixellab Media to our customers. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, resolving queries, upselling services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound/inbound calls to clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into satisfied clients.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintain daily call logs, CRM entries, and performance reports.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
Good listening skills with a customer-first attitude.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Sheets is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred.
