Position Type: Full-Time (Office-based)

Salary Range: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Telecalling / Customer Service

Industry Preference: Real Estate (Preferred, not mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally

* Follow up with clients for inquiries and appointments

* Maintain customer records and update CRM

Coordinate with field executives and property consultants

* Send follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages

* Assist in maintaining office documentation and client database

Key Requirements:

* Female candidates only

* Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer support

* Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)

* Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Emailing)

* Ability to learn real estate terms and client needs quickly

* Professional and polite telephone etiquette
