Job Role: Customer Service Executive – Tamil Inbound Voice Support
Location: Chennai – Mount Road (TANGEDCO Corporate Office, Minnagam Building)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in Tamil related to TANGEDCO/TNEB services
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently
- Maintain call quality and adhere to process guidelines
- Record and update customer interactions in the system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Degree/Diploma (Candidates with arrears can apply)
- Languages: Fluent Tamil (spoken & written) + Basic English
- Experience: Freshers welcome; BPO experience is an added advantage
- Shift Flexibility: Must be open to rotational shifts including nights and weekends
Work Timings
- Day Shifts:
- Morning: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evening: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Night Shift:
- 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (4 days work, 3 days off)
Salary & Benefits
Base Pay - ₹10,000/month - ₹12,000/month
