Job Description:

We are looking for a well-spoken and customer-focused Telecaller (Inbound) to join our team in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate must have good command over English and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Provide accurate information about services

• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with clients

• Record and update customer information in the database

• Resolve customer issues or escalate to the relevant department if needed

• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Good spoken English and communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle calls patiently and confidently
