Max slab goes up to 32k
Variable Incentive- 3k = 2k+1k (Perfomance+Attendance)
Work Schedule:
- Shift Timing: 5:30 PM - 10:30 AM (rotational 9-hour shift)
- Week Off: 2 rotational offs
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct soft collections via calls to resolve outstanding balances
• Provide exceptional customer service adhering to company policies
• Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining quality standards
Eligibility
• HSC/Grad freshers and above can apply, BPO experience preferred, SSC with 1 year of BPO exp can also apply
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to manage stress in a challenging environment
• Age: Up to 39 years
• Address: Within transport boundary
