What You'll Do
As a Tele calling Executive , you’ll be the first point of contact for hundreds of aspiring homeowners. You’ll build trust, qualify needs, and help guide customers toward the right loan product — all from our vibrant Bengaluru office.
Your Key Responsibilities:
● Call and engage with potential customers interested in Home Loans or Loan Against Property (LAP)
● Understand their loan needs and explain our solutions in a simple, confident, and clear manner
● Handle customer questions, build rapport, and ensure a smooth application experience
● Maintain CRM entries and follow-up with leads until conversion
● Work closely with the SME team for lead handover
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: Freshers or 1–2 years of telecalling or telesales experience in loans (Home Loans/LAP preferred)
● Language: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory; English language preferred
● Mindset: Positive, energetic, and self-motivated
● Tech: Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn
● People Skills: Confident communicator with great listening ability
● Education: Any degree or diploma (we care more about your attitude than your marks)
