Position: Customer Care Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Care Executive to join our Organization, ShypBUDDY India Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers regarding their cancelled or delayed orders, identifying the reason for the issue, and updating the details in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers based on the list assigned by your team or a senior.
Understand and document the reason behind order cancellations, delays, or any customer complaints.
Enter detailed and accurate remarks in the CRM system for every call.
Submit daily reports or updates as per the team’s standard process.
Communicate politely and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience.
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the concerned department if needed.
Maintain high levels of call productivity and quality.
Follow the company’s communication and data-handling policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10th Pass, Graduation preferred.
Experience in a Telecaller or customer Care role is a plus, especially in logistics or e-commerce.
Work Schedule:
· 6 Days Working
· Shift Timings: [10 am to 7 PM]
