We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our call center team. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls, engaging with customers, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.
Make outbound calls and respond to inbound queries professionally.
Explain products/services and resolve customer questions effectively.
Maintain customer records by updating call details and feedback in the system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.
