Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a daily call log and update customer information accurately.
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients regularly.
Convert leads into confirmed sales or appointments.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Handle complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Excellent verbal communication skills in language(s): e.g., Hindi, English, etc.].
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus.
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
