Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls:

Lead Generation & Sales:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales data in a CRM system.
Information Provision:
Effectively explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Follow-up:
Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive further engagement.
Target Achievement:
Meet daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals related to call volume, sales, or customer satisfaction.
Market Feedback:
Gather customer insights and provide feedback to the sales or product teams to help improve services.
