We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telecollections Executive to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting telephonic collections, managing client accounts, and ensuring timely payments. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Conduct telephonic collections from clients and ensure timely payments.
Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop relationships with clients to facilitate payment.
Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions and payment statuses.
Resolve client queries and issues related to billing and payments in a professional manner.
Prepare reports on collection activities and update management on progress.
Meet or exceed monthly collection targets set by the management.
6months-1 years of experience in tele collections or a related field.
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with financial regulations and collection processes.
