Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to potential customers.

• Talk to customers in a friendly and professional way.

• Give information about our products/services and answer their questions.

• Record customer details in the system.

• Follow up with leads and set up appointments.

• Keep customers happy by providing good service.

• Meet daily and weekly call targets.

• Understand customer needs and suggest solutions.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English.

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is helpful but not necessary.

• Able to handle customer questions and problems.

• Good listening skills and ability to help customers.

• Positive attitude and polite phone manners.

• Comfortable working with targets.

• Basic computer skills (CRM software, MS Office, etc.).
