We are looking for a confident and smart Tele Caller Executive to join our growing team. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convert customer inquiries into successful sales.

Job Responsibilities

Call leads provided by the company

Convert leads into sales through proper communication

Handle customer queries and provide support

Follow up with existing and new customers

Maintain customer records and daily call reports

Explain company services and offers professionally

Build strong relationships with customers

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery

Skills Required

Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

Confident speaking and convincing ability

Basic mobile/computer knowledge

Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior

Sales and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate

Female candidate preferred

Fresher and experienced both can apply

Experience in telecalling/sales/customer support will be an advantage
