Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote laboratory equipment, generate sales leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role involves both outbound and inbound calling, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team with qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound & inbound calls to potential customers .

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, exhibitions, or website inquiries.

• Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers (training provided).

• Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate information.

• Schedule appointments or product demos for the field sales team.

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

• Achieve monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions.

• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and service teams for smooth customer communication.

• Prepare daily/weekly call and lead reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any degree.

• Prior experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer service (experience in scientific or laboratory products is an advantage).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication).

• Ability to understand technical products and convey information clearly.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
