Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Technical Support & Product Demo Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-premises technical support, troubleshooting, and delivering product demonstrations for our law enforcement and civil sector products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, eager to learn, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Demonstration:
Deliver product demonstrations for law enforcement and civil agencies at their premises, showcasing the features, functionalities, and benefits of our products.
Customize demos according to client needs and provide real-time technical explanations.
Technical Support:
Provide hands-on technical support during product installations, ensuring proper setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of products.
Offer post-installation support, addressing any technical issues or questions from clients in a timely manner.
Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions related to product usage, technical difficulties, and upgrades.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and technical concerns for future product improvements.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction during product demonstrations and ensure product compatibility with client needs.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of support requests, product demonstrations, and feedback from clients.
Assist in preparing reports and provide necessary documentation for internal purposes.
Learning & Development:
Continuously update yourself with product knowledge and technical advancements.
Participate in training sessions, seminars, and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and improve product demonstration skills.
