We are looking for a Tally Support Executive to join our team at Prestige Recruiters (opc) Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to Tally software users via call, email & remote support
Troubleshoot issues related to Tally installation, configuration, usage & data
Guide customers with step-by-step solutions & Tally process walkthroughs
Install, update & maintain Tally software, patches & versions
Assist users with backup procedures, database checks & system performance
Log customer issues, resolutions & follow-ups in ticketing/support system
Escalate complex technical issues to senior support team when required
Identify & report software bugs or usability concerns
Create & maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs & user guides
Conduct training sessions / demos for customers on Tally features & usage
Ensure timely query resolution & deliver high customer satisfaction
Perform quality checks on support interactions & take user feedback
Analyze support performance & recommend improvement opportunities
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
