The Role

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, generating qualified leads and supporting the sales process. You’ll play a key part in connecting households and businesses with smarter, sustainable solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through calls, online research, and referrals.

• Engage prospects, explain solar benefits, and book appointments for our consultants.

• Support the sales team with accurate lead information and CRM updates.

• Achieve weekly and monthly lead and sales targets.

• Build strong relationships with customers and represent PV Spark professionally.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in lead generation, telesales, or sales (solar/energy industry preferred).

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Goal-driven with the ability to hit targets consistently.

• Strong organisational skills and CRM familiarity.

• Enthusiasm for renewable energy and sustainability.
