Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outbound customer calls.

• Promote and sell Oxxy Health Plans and healthcare services.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable health solutions.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.

• Maintain detailed call and customer interaction reports.

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Tie-up with Pathlabs and promote diagnostic services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• minimum 2 years of Tele sales experience

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Understanding of healthcare or insurance regulations is a plus
