Roles and Responsibilities:
Seller onboarding process:
Objective: To handhold Sellers, complete the Company Onboarding Process
-Seller/vendor/customer communications experience - both verbal & written
- Vendor Master Management – drive daily operations to ensure all vendor management requests are closed within
agreed TAT
- Stakeholder management to resolve escalations and address exceptional scenarios
- Understanding of all commercial points like Commission - GST, Commission
- Daily Interaction with sellers on commercial topics
- Internal stakeholder management - Category / BIO / catalog.
