Job Responsibilities:

● Coordinate and manage daily operations of the school.

● Act as a communication bridge between management, teachers, staff, and parents.

● Attend and conduct meetings with parents to address queries, concerns, or feedback regarding their children’s education or school policies.

● Monitor and support teachers to ensure smooth classroom management and timely academic delivery.

● Handle staff coordination, duty allocation, and ensure discipline and punctuality.

● Maintain records of student attendance, staff attendance, events, and school activities.

● Assist in organizing school events, examinations, parent-teacher meetings, and other academic functions.

● Solve day-to-day operational issues and ensure the smooth functioning of school infrastructure and activities.

Candidate Requirements:

● Minimum 1 year of experience in school administration, coordination, or similar roles.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks.

● Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kanada.

● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.) is required.
