1. Client Training & Guidance
• Conduct business training sessions for clients (online/offline).
• Guide clients on implementing business strategies, sales processes, and operational improvements.
• Provide practical business advice based on industry trends and client requirements.
2. Daily Client Task Execution
• Complete assigned daily business tasks from clients.
• Assist clients with planning, process execution, and performance tracking.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports, updates, and recommendations.
3. Client Follow-Up & Relationship Management
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients to track progress.
• Address client queries, challenges, and business needs proactively.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships for long-term business retention.
4. Problem Solving & Implementation
• Identify client business gaps and provide actionable solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to execute client projects.
• Ensure all strategies are implemented successfully and monitored for results.
5. Upselling & Value Addition
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, training programs, or products.
• Present value-added business tools or solutions to improve client growth.

Eligibility
• MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or relevant field (practical business knowledge is essential).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in client servicing, after-sales, business consulting, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, business development, and operations.
