We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Autofin Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to 2 wheeler. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth. We have branches at Himayath Nagar, Uppal, Vidyanagar, Koti, Nampally, Begum Bazar and Ramanthapur.

1. Build relationships with clients and customers

2. Advise clients or customers

3. Provide customer service

4. Negotiate on price, quantities and specifications

5. Attend trade shows, exhibitions or events

6. Record sales figures and produce reports

7. Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.

8. Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass/any graduate 0.5 - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
