We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who will play a key role in converting leads into confirmed bookings, building customer relationships, and expanding our group travel network among societies, colleges, and corporate offices.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, persuasive in sales, skilled in digital marketing, and enthusiastic about travel.
Call and follow up on incoming leads to convert them into confirmed bookings.
Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails professionally and promptly.
Maintain proper records of leads, queries, and bookings in CRM/Excel.
Provide complete trip details and resolve doubts of potential travelers.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to increase repeat bookings.
Identify and approach potential clients such as societies, colleges, and corporate offices for group trips and tie-ups.
Generate leads for group and customized trips through marketing activities.
Conduct field visits (if required) to present TripRoadie’s offerings to potential clients.
Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Collect and maintain a database of potential customers and institutional contacts.
Manage and grow TripRoadie’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging posts, stories, and reels to promote upcoming trips and offers.
Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate quality leads.
Collaborate with the design and content team to plan creative campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Monitor analytics, track performance of digital campaigns, and suggest improvements.
Contribute ideas for content strategies aligned with TripRoadie’s brand voice and goals.
Coordinate with customers, operations, and marketing teams for trip details and promotions.
Send promotional mails and respond to inquiries timely.
Share daily or weekly reports of customers on lead status and conversions.
