We are urgently hiring for the role of Virtual Sales Manager-(VSM)

Language Required-English, Hindi & Marathi, Gujrati ,Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
1. Business Development & Partner Acquisition:
Identify and onboard new channel partners, dealers, or distributors in the assigned territory.
Pitch Mintifi’s embedded finance offerings to potential partners.
Drive market penetration by increasing partner base and activation.
2. Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to enhance engagement.
Act as a single point of contact for partners and resolve queries promptly.
Conduct regular visits and reviews with key partners to identify growth opportunities.
3. Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly disbursement and revenue targets.
Track performance metrics such as partner activation, disbursal volume, and repeat utilization.
Create and execute territory-wise business plans.
4. Process Coordination & Documentation:
Assist partners with end-to-end loan processing including KYC, documentation, and system onboarding.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documents.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, collections) for smooth disbursal.
5. Market Intelligence & Feedback:
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Share partner and customer feedback with the product/ops teams for continuous improvement.
Contribute to strategic decision-making based on ground-level insights.
6. Compliance & Risk Monitoring:
Conduct basic credit checks or risk assessments as per company guidelines.
