We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team, and ensuring the company meets its revenue goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of sales processes.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for upper management.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
Resolve customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and data analysis.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in [your industry, e.g., real estate, FMCG, software sales, etc.].
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Office-based with occasional travel for client meetings and events.
Full-time position, typically Monday to Saturday.
