We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team, and ensuring the company meets its revenue goals. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and data analysis.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
