Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized interaction
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to increase product sales
Proactively promote products/services via voice calls, emails, and other channels
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to pitch effectively
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when needed
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction
Required Skills & Attributes:
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
Fluent in English, Hindi, and one regional South Indian language (Tamil/Telugu)
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in handling CRM tools
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and dynamic work environments
