Job Description:
Client Engagement & Sales:
Identify and develop new opportunities for personal and business loans. 
Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products. 
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and provide ongoing support. 
Application Processing & Risk Assessment:
Review and process loan applications and required documentation. 
Conduct financial statement and business plan analysis for business loans. 
Evaluate the creditworthiness and risk profile of loan applicants. 
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and lending guidelines. 
Maintain accurate and complete loan files and account records. 
Provide regular reports on sales performance, loan portfolios, and delinquency status to management. 
Loan Management:
Monitor loan performance and manage any cases of delinquency. 
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely loan processing and approval.
