We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Conduct client meetings and site visits (if real estate)
Negotiate terms and close deals
Maintain customer database and follow up regularly
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Prepare and present sales reports to the manager
Stay updated with market trends and competitor's
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
