Principal Accountabilities
1. Managing sales leads with the use of India Mart, Justdial, Staff, WhatsApp, and Mail.
2. Recognizing customer needs and gathering information.
3. To keep the software's data updated.
4. Sharing and following up on quotations, Revisions, and approval.
5. Follow up the customer for getting purchase order & Verification.
6. Preparing and sending quotation to customer side.
7. Customer follow up and price negotiation.
8. Coordinate with operation team to ensure the machine dispatch.
9. Send the information to the operating team for dispatch
10. Sending a proforma invoice to the customer for payment.
11. Payment follow – up and sending OFM checklist to service and operation for machine dispatch and operator allocation.
12. Machine delivery status follow-up.
13. Service follow – up.
14. Sending machine and operators documents to the customer side to process gate pass
15. Vendor registration process.
Experience:
§ Educational qualifications: Any degree
§ Relevant experience: 2-5 years’ experience in sales & Marketing
Knowledge:
· Customer relation management.
Skills:
· Perfect Communication
· Good computer skill (MS office)
Preferebly Female with two wheeler must.
