Job Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Solar Sales Department. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving set targets in the solar products and solutions market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar products and solutions (rooftop solar, solar panels, inverters, batteries, etc.).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and direct customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.

• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and customer referrals.

• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide end-to-end customer support.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to renewable energy.

• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering (preferred in Electrical or Renewable Energy).

• Experience: 3–5 years in sales (experience in solar/renewable energy sector preferred).

• Strong knowledge of solar products, solutions, and distribution channels.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for renewable energy.
