Roles & Responsibilities:
(Candidate will interact with a variety of industries and enhance technical knowledge and communication skills. Candidate would be provided with necessary training )
• Responsible for Customer Relationship Management for Power Electronics products in industries such as UPS, lighting, medical, security systems, solar, etc.
• Manage and develop a given territory with an existing customer base.
• Interact with customers via phone and personal visits to guide them on product selection and technical requirements.
• Coordinate and execute customer orders efficiently.
• Follow up for payments and resolve technical concerns.
• Support company marketing activities like exhibitions and online promotions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and sales growth.
• Travel within India to meet customers with scheduled appointments.
• Necessary training will be provided to enhance technical knowledge and communication skills.
