Coordinate with the processing/operations team for file submission.
Provide regular updates to clients about their application progress.
Manage client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain strong product knowledge of changing immigration laws and updates.
Promote additional services such as job assistance, profile marketing, etc.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for referrals.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration authority guidelines.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and payments.
Uphold confidentiality and integrity in client handling.
