Location: The Real Estate Hub,Ground Floor G-12, Empire State Building,Near Udhna Darwaja, Ring Road, Surat-395002.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for renting and selling properties, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for real estate sales.
Identify and generate leads for property sales and rentals.
Manage and maintain a portfolio of available properties.
Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and pricing.
Meet and engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements.
Arrange property viewings and follow up with prospective buyers/renters.
Negotiate rental and sale agreements to achieve the best possible terms for clients.
Assist clients with documentation and legal formalities related to property transactions.
Maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and rental targets.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and sales progress.

Full-Time: (9:30 am -6:00 pm)
