Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, managing distributors/retailers, and building strong relationships within the Customers | Vendors. The role demands strong communication, market analysis, and product knowledge to meet sales targets and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell various grades and blends of tea to wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Visit retail outlets, distributors, and markets regularly to ensure product availability.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor competitor activity and provide timely feedback to management.
Ensure prompt collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
Conduct product demonstrations and sampling when necessary.
Maintain proper records of sales, collections, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for timely delivery of orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Male candidate 12 th pass or graduate in any discipline..
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or tea/beverage industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage sales
Good knowledge of the local market and distribution network.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the tea industry or beverage segment.
Knowledge of regional languages.
Existing network of tea buyers, retailers, or distributors.
