Job description A product-centric salesperson focuses on understanding and effectively communicating the value of specific products. Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through direct communication with potential customers. This role requires an enthusiastic and persuasive communicator who can promote and sell the company's products on a B – B basis, address customer queries, and ensure a seamless buying experience. The executive will handle sales calls, manage inquiries, and work towards meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Key Responsibility: Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to promote products and follow up on leads. Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries. Do regular monthly field visits to prospective & existing customers in defined territory to generate fresh business Tap and develop new business associates; manage and expand exis ng account rela onships. Sales & Target Achievement: 100% Achievement of monthly Sales & Growth targets. Present product features, benefits, and value convincingly to customers. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth buying experience. Data & Reporting: Keep daily accurate records of interactions in the CRM. Provide daily, weekly & monthly sales feedback to management. Team Coordination: Work with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth customer transactions. Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the product’s value and functionality. Skill Requirement: Deep Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the product's features, benefits, and differentiators. Technical Expertise: Ability to explain complex aspects of the product in a clear and understandable way. Problem-Solving: Offer solutions based on the product’s features that meet the customer’s requirements. Flexible Approach: Adjust strategies based on customer feedback and market conditions. Quick Learner: Adapt to changes in product offerings or sales tactics. Time Management: Efficiently manage time to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
