Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos

• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements

• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Sales-driven and target-oriented approach

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred

• Experience in Real Estate
