We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to independently handle client interactions and lead generation.
Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Prepare quotations for received orders and coordinate with the operations department for further process.
Present and promote products and services to prospective customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.
Prepare and deliver customised sales pitches based on client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and business development updates.
Minimum qualification: Below 12th pass can also apply.
Experience: 0.5 to 2 years in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Customer-focused approach with relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of digital products or technology solutions is a plus.
