We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Sales Follow-up Executive who will be responsible for backend support in sales operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in follow-up communication, meeting coordination, and CRM data entry. You will act as the key link between potential clients and our internal teams.
Daily follow-up with leads via phone and WhatsApp
Assign meetings and site visits to the concerned sales/project team
Prepare and share basic quotations (with templates)
Update client information and lead status in Google Sheets and Sales Nayak CRM
Confirm appointments and coordinate with clients for documentation
Flag hot/warm leads for senior sales attention
Provide backend support to the field sales team
Maintain records of follow-up, visit, quotation, and conversion reports
Required Skills:
Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
Basic understanding of Google Sheets or Excel
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
Phone and WhatsApp handling skills
Attention to detail and follow-up discipline
Familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided)
Basic knowledge of fire safety products (preferred but not mandatory)
