Job description :

We are looking for highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our company as a Receptionist cum Telecaller. This role will involve managing front-desk responsibilities and handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, provide information, and maintain strong relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a positive attitude, and be capable of handling tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.

• Manage the office’s appointment schedule and visitor logs.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mails.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and promoting services/products.

• Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, and offers over the phone.

• Assist in setting up meetings and appointments for sales/support teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
