Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and skilled Counter Sales Executives to join our team at Lakme in Surat and Vadodara. As a Counter Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Promote sales and achieve sales targets

- Maintain product knowledge and demonstrate product features and benefits

- Manage and maintain a clean and organized counter area

- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

- Education: 12th minimum

- Experience: Prior experience in cosmetics sales preferred

- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment

Salary:

- Take-home salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
