Coordinate with modern trade clients (orders, payments, returns)
Handle client queries and follow-ups
Maintain records & assist in sales reporting
Liaise with internal teams (logistics, accounts, warehouse)
Support in offers/promos and trade activations
Requirements:
MBA in Sales/Marketing
2 yrs experience in customer coordination (modern trade preferred)
Good communication skills
Proficient in Excel, PPT, ERP systems
Fluent in English & Hindi
