Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets for hygiene
tissue products (facial tissues, toilet tissue, kitchen towels, napkins, etc.).
• Identify and secure new B2B clients including distributors, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants
(HORECA), corporate accounts, clinics, and cleaning companies.
• Grow and manage business in hypermarkets, supermarkets, and modern trade channels.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, competitor activity, and consumer
trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Account & Channel Management
• Handle key accounts within modern trade and organize promotional activities, product
placements, and displays.
• Coordinate with category managers and buyers of major retail chains.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trade terms with clients.
Market Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze sales data, market opportunities, and competitor strategies.
• Submit weekly/monthly sales reports with insights and action plans.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams on customer needs and
market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely product availability.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan promotional campaigns, sampling activities, and product
launches.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in hygiene tissue or related
products.
• Proven B2B sales experience with strong corporate and distributor network.
• Strong experience working with hypermarkets, supermarkets, and other modern trade
clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong market awareness and ability to identify new opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid driving license is preferred.
