Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes.
Follow up with customers when necessary.
Meet daily and monthly calling or conversion targets.
Provide product/service information clearly and professionally.
Good communication skills (Hindi and/or English).
Basic computer knowledge.
Polite and confident phone manner.
Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the sales/customer service field.
Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate.
No prior tele calling experience required.
