Job Description:

The Sales Executive will have the following job responsibilities as listed below:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitors

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing.

• Candidate should not be under 30 years of age.

• Strong understanding of the Franchise Industry is preferable.

• Must be proficient in speaking both English and Hindi.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Must have a pleasant personality and should be presentable.
