Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients to promote our range of services, including GeM Registration, Tender Bidding, and certifications like FSSAI, Startup India, ISO, and MSME.
Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other outreach strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively pitching our services.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and market opportunities to better position our services.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward goals using CRM tools.
