Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive cum Receptionist to join our gym team. This dual-role position involves managing front desk operations and driving membership sales. You will be the first point of contact for all walk-in clients and play a key role in promoting the gym’s services and retaining clients.

• Proactively promote gym memberships and services to potential clients.

• Handle inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and online platforms.

• Conduct gym tours and explain membership benefits.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a database of prospects.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the gym’s revenue growth.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and guests with a warm and professional attitude.

• Manage front desk tasks including check-ins, scheduling, and handling payments.

• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

• Handle member complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
